Meditating On God's Word

Philippians 4:8 New International Version (NIV) 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. I once read an unknown verse. Watch your thoughts; they become your words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny. Your servant is here listening, meditating on Your Word day and night. Let me fill my thoughts with whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, praiseworthy. Let me be obedient in how I use the time each day that You have given me to use for Your Glory. As with all things, Lord, lead me, guide me, let me hear from You and obey what You are sharing with me. Thank You for Your Holy Spirit.
